  • Do I need to buy these worksheets if I'm enrolled in Jigna Rajesh Patel's Udemy course?

    No. If you are enrolled in one of Jigna Rajesh Patel's Udemy courses for a specific class, the corresponding worksheets are already included and freely downloadable as part of your course enrollment. You do not need to purchase them separately here.

  • What kind of products do you sell?

  • Can I share the worksheets I purchase with my friends or colleagues?

    • Teachers can print them for use with their direct classroom students.
    You may not share the digital file via email, cloud drives, social media, or distribute print copies to others who have not purchased their own license.

  • Can I modify the worksheets or use them for commercial purposes?

    No. All content is the sole intellectual property of Jigna Rajesh Patel. You may not modify, resell, redistribute, or use them in any way for commercial gain.

Orders, Payment, and Security

  • How do I receive my worksheets after purchase?

    Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive instant access to your files directly inside your account's "My Downloads" section.

  • What if my payment failed but money was debited from my account?

    If your payment failed but the amount was debited, please do not worry! Most failed payments are automatically reversed by your bank or UPI provider within 24 to 48 hours. For credit cards or net banking, it may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect on your statement.

    If the amount is not credited back within that timeframe, simply email us at admin@digitalworksheethub.com with your payment reference or Transaction ID, and we will verify and resolve it within 48 hours!

  • What if the page crashes or I have trouble downloading my files?

    If you experience technical difficulties or page crashes, simply log into your account and visit the "My Downloads" section to retrieve your files anytime. If issues persist, please contact us at admin@digitalworksheethub.com with your order number, and we will promptly send you working links directly via email.

  • Is making an online payment secure on your website?

    Yes, completely secure. We do not handle your sensitive payment details directly. All transactions are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways using industry-standard SSL encryption.

Refunds and Policy

  • What is your refund policy?

    Due to the instant nature of digital downloadable products, all sales are final and non-refundable once file access has been granted.

  • Are there any exceptions to the refund policy?

    We consider refund requests only under exceptional circumstances:

    • Duplicate Purchase: Our website is designed to automatically prevent you from purchasing duplicate or previously bought items. However, if an accidental duplicate purchase occurs despite these checks, please contact us at admin@digitalworksheethub.com. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate item within 48 hours.
    • Unresolved Technical Failure: If a file is demonstrably corrupt or unusable and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.

  • How do I request a refund under an exception?
