Refund Policy
At DigitalWorksheetHub.com, operated by Jigna Rajesh Patel, we stand by the quality of the educational resources designed for your young learners. However, due to the nature of our products being instant digital downloads, our general policy on refunds is strict.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing any digital product from our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General No-Refund Policy
All sales of digital downloadable worksheets are final and non-refundable.
Once a purchase is completed and access to the digital file has been provided in your account's "My Downloads" section, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Digital files cannot be physically returned, and access to your purchased materials is immediate.
2. Exceptions (Refunds Considered)
We will consider requests for a refund only under the following exceptional circumstances:
A. Duplicate Purchase
Our website is specifically engineered to automatically prevent you from purchasing duplicate or previously bought products. However, if an accidental duplicate purchase occurs despite these checks:
- Action Required: Please contact us at admin@digitalworksheethub.com immediately with your order details. Upon verifying the duplicate transaction, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate item within 48 hours.
B. Technical Failure or Corrupted File
If your download is interrupted, the page fails to load, or the digital file you receive is demonstrably corrupt or technically unusable:
- Action Required: Please contact us immediately at admin@digitalworksheethub.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. You can also access your purchased files anytime by logging into your "My Downloads" account section. If the technical issue cannot be resolved and a working file cannot be delivered, a full refund will be issued.
C. Failed Transactions and Payment Issues
If your payment fails or drops during checkout, but funds are debited from your bank account or card without generating an order confirmation or download access:
- Resolution: Most failed payments are automatically reversed by your bank or UPI provider within 24 to 48 hours (or 5–7 business days for credit cards). If the amount is not automatically credited back, please email us at admin@digitalworksheethub.com with your Transaction ID, and we will verify and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
D. Reporting Deadline
You must report any technical issue or duplicate purchase within 7 days of the purchase date to be eligible for review under this policy.
3. How to Request an Exception
To request a refund under the exceptions listed above, please follow these simple steps:

- 2. Use the subject line: Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- 3. Clearly state whether your request is for a Duplicate Purchase or a Technical Failure.
- 4. Provide details and attach screenshots illustrating the technical issue (if applicable).
We will review your request and verify the transaction details promptly. Approved refunds will be issued directly back to your original method of payment.
