2. Purchasing and Payment

2.1 Pricing and Currency

All prices for the Products are clearly displayed on the website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

2.2 Order Fulfillment

Upon successful payment, instant access to your digital files is provided through your account's "My Downloads" section. You may log in and access your purchased resources anytime. However, you are solely responsible for downloading, saving, and maintaining your own backups. We do not accept liability for file loss occurring on your local storage devices or for any inability to download resulting from user-side technical issues, though we will attempt to assist in recovery where possible.

2.3 Note for Udemy Students

Students enrolled in Jigna Rajesh Patel’s Udemy courses for a specific class do not need to purchase the corresponding worksheets from this site, as those materials are already included as part of their course enrollment.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Digital Products - No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloadable products (instant access and inability to be 'returned'), all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a Product has been purchased and download access has been provided.

3.2 Exceptions

We will consider granting a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• The purchase was a duplicate order (the same product was accidentally purchased twice).
• The file is demonstrably corrupted or technically unusable after reasonable attempts to open or download it have been made.

You must report any technical issue or duplicate purchase within 7 days of the purchase date.

3.3 Failed Transactions and Payment Issues

In the event of a failed or incomplete transaction—where funds are debited from your account or card but order confirmation or download access is not generated—the debited amount is typically auto-refunded by the payment gateway or bank within 3 to 7 business days.

If the debited amount is not automatically credited back to your original payment method, please contact us at admin@digitalworksheethub.com with your payment reference details. Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will investigate with our payment gateway partner and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
